About us

Formed in 2005 by Michelle Wilson-Stimson, a financial adviser and stockbroker, Eparaplan quickly established itself as a trusted and reliable provider of administrative and paraplanning support for Financial Advisors across the country.

Eparaplan operates from a beautiful barn conversion, comprising of 2 large office spaces and meeting room. Eparaplan has taken on a range of experienced team members over the years, who all contribute to the service it prides itself on today.

It is our people who ensure we consistently deliver smooth operations for our clients, from answering the phone to completing RMAR returns.

Our team is a collective of highly skilled individuals ranging from Financial services Administrators through to Technical Analysts, HR and design professionals, here to help the running of a financial services firm in full.  We endeavour to look after our team to a very high level simply because a happy and confident team, creates a happy and confident client. We have a number of free benefits including wellbeing sessions, yoga, team days out and more. Mental health is a large focus at eparaplan and we strive to ensure everyone is fully supported and happy always.

Our leader is a creative and innovative woman with big plans and ideas but to share them all would simply give the game away. But what we can tell you is that one of our main goals is to be a nationally trusted provider of a range of services including a fully bespoke, outsourced service, encompassing all and any needs of a busy financial adviser firm. We want to ensure that every financial adviser across the country is able to deliver good, compliant advice and lifelong financial services to their clients, by having a sound back office solution that meets every need they may encounter, in both working in and running their business. 

Our focus is customer care, we want to not only deliver the daily tasks both operational and technical, but ensure we add value through delivering exceptional client care and relationship management for your clients. 

 We want to increase advisers efficiencies, effectiveness and facilitate more freedom – all whilst supporting the firm to develop and grow.
